Receiving Your Tickets
I have chosen to “collect from the venue”. Where and when do I collect my tickets?
Please collect your tickets in person at the venue's ticket office up to 45 minutes prior to the event. This is the same address where the show will take place. Please note that some venues do not print the tickets earlier than the date of the show.

There are different ways for you to receive your tickets depending on the venue that you choose. For most venues, tickets will be issued as an e-ticket (for you to display on your phone). There may be some venues where you'll need to collect your tic

Do I need to print my e-ticket?
You should receive an email shortly after booking with a link to download your e-ticket. You can either print your ticket, or display it on your mobile to the staff at the venue.
What should I do if I haven't received my e-tickets?
Your e-ticket should be emailed to you within 24 hours of placing your order. If you haven't received your e-ticket and you've checked your junk and spam folders, please call our customer service team on 0330 1200 123.
